Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
